Ordering with us
Making a purchase from RetroCross couldn’t be easier. Simply browse our store and add the items you want to buy into the shopping cart. After you’ve finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details so we can complete your order.
You can also make payment or place your order over the telephone. With all credit and debit card payments, we process your order straight away through the fully secure system Razorpay. When the order is placed via our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
If your item is not in stock, you can register your email address with us to be notified when new stock is available. Simply click the vertical green leaf on the right of the screen and complete your details.

Returns
We’re confident that you’ll be happy with your RetroCross product. However, if you would like to return or replace a product that you purchased from us please carefully read the following information. Please note that if you purchased RetroCross product via one of our dealers you should contact them in the first instance. RetroCross will not be held liable for returns on purchases made via a third party.
Returns within 10 days
When you purchase a product from our website you have the right to cancel your order at any time before your goods are dispatched or within 10 days after delivery. This 10 day period begins on the day you have received the goods. If you purchased a product from a dealer please contact them directly to discuss their terms and conditions with regard to returns and cancellations as RetroCross is unable to process returns for products bought via third parties.
When returning an item that you purchased directly from us, you will have to pay the return courier charges and will be liable for any damage to the product. We will only refund the return postage if we have sent the wrong product, the product is faulty, or for any other reason that is our fault. A legitimate return is only accepted when the product has manufacturing defects.
Warranty periods
We’re proud of the excellent quality and durability of all our products and as a result are pleased to offer a 12-month warranty on all items. Using the product off-road or in a situation that is considered non-standard deems the warranty void. A product returned under warranty should always be sent back to us for testing, and we will always refund the return courier charges if the product is faulty.
Our warranties begin on the day you receive your RetroCross product, so if it develops a fault at any time within the first 12 months, please ensure you have proof of purchase order ID, confirmation or receipt, before attempting to make a claim.
Please note that if you purchased RetrCross product via one of our dealers you should contact them in the first instance to organise a return under warranty. RetroCross will not be held liable for returns on purchases made via a third party.
Product photography
Updates are an integral part at RetroCross in order to improve the aesthetic look, quality or performance of our accessories. This could include changing the position, size or colour of our logos that we engraved on our radiator guards. In this instance, all product photography used on our website should always be viewed for illustration purposes only and may not be exactly same on the product you receive when purchasing from us. This is especially the case with some of our older product ranges. We always ensure all product photography on our website is as up-to-date as possible.
